What is StarQuik?

StarQuik, a Tata Enterprise aims to bring the ease of online shopping of your daily needs like grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables and 1000’s of household products etc, directly via your mobile or web browser and delivery it right at your doorstep. In short, over 15,000 household products from a supermarket available at your doorstep within 3 hours – backed by the trust & love of Tata Group.

What kind of products do you sell?

You can choose from over 15,000 products spread across various categories such as Grocery, Bakery, Fruits & Vegetables, Beverages, Personal Care products, Baby care products, Pet products and much more. Let us know if we are missing anything and we will surely add it to our always expanding catalogue.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver in select localities across the cities we are present in. You can check the same by entering your locality and checking if we deliver at your address.

What is the minimum order value?

Voila! There is no minimum order value.

Are there any hidden charges apart from product cost and taxes?

No, except the Doorstep Service of Rs. 99/-[+ taxes]  charged on every order, StarQuik does not charge anything further to customers. We ensure our customers enjoy Market’s Lowest Prices and Best of Groceries spanning across the entire range.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order by logging into My Orders section. Also, we will keep notifying you with the status of your order as it processes.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

Yes, you can edit quantities and products in your cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel and reorder your items. Or place a fresh order with newly added items.

How is my order processed?

As soon as you place an order, the following actions take place:

1. You will get a notification through SMS of the confirmed order along with the expected delivery time.

2. The order is routed to our partner Star Bazaar stores where our expert team of picker pick and carefully pack the order as per your delivery schedule.

3. Order is packed and handed over to your delivery agent

4. Delivery agents delivers the items to your delivery address as per scheduled time

Throughout the above stages, our Order Fulfilment Team continuously monitors the process so that you get the desired product within the time committed to you. In case the order or some items in the order cannot be processed for any reason whatsoever, the same will be informed to you before your order is dispatched from the store.

What are delivery slots?

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. You can select these as per your convenience at the time of placing the order.

What is the warranty on goods?

Except the warranty(ies) of the branded product(s), if any, given by the manufacturer of the goods, no additional warranty(ies) is/are given by the Company in any manner whatsoever.

How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Login" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears.

How can I login/register?

You can login or Register using the following modes

Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on Starquik.com is absolutely free.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on StarQuik?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders.

Do I need to place order from the location where i need delivery ?

You can order from office and get delivery at your home or your can order from your home and get delivery in your office! You can also add multiple delivery addresses in your account, however delivery can be made to 1 address for 1 order and the address needs to be in our serviceable area.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password link will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

You can also login using your registered phone number. An OTP will be sent to the same which can be used to Login without Password.

Payments/Refund related queries

How can I make payments at StarQuik?

StarQuik accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, Debit cards, Netbanking, PayTM and other wallets. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for orders.

When will I get my cashback?

If your transaction is eligible for a cashback, you will receive it within 24 hours of delivery, in your Starquik Wallet. The amount can be used to make purchases on StarQuik.com

How long do you take to initiate my refund?

Refunds against order will be made into the StarQuik wallet automatically within 24 hours of the order delivery. Please write to us via email or call our customer support centre in case you want the money to be refunded to the credit card / debit card / bank account used to make the original payment.

How can I add more credits in my StarQuik wallet?

Currently credits/cash is given under following conditions

1. Successful registration of your referral (referral bonus)

2. Cashback for purchases

3. Refund of certain amount

4. Any promo offer running with StarQuik

When does my StarQuik credits expire?

StarQuik Wallet credits have lifetime validity and you can use the credits to shop on StarQuik. There might be some promotional campaigns we run, which may have a limited credit validity.

Cancellation & Returns

How can I cancel my order?

StarQuik provides easy and hassle free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the app or web before it is dispatched to your home. This option is available under the “My Orders” tab in “View Details”. Also, you can call us on our customer support number and we will help you!

What If I want to return something?

We have a no questions asked returns policy. Return request against an order can be raised within 2 days of receiving the order through the My Orders section on the site as well as by writing to us through email or calling our customer support centre. As easy as it gets!

Can I reschedule my order?

An order, once placed will need to be cancelled and placed again with the desired slot. However, we are hard at work and soon you will be able to reschedule orders by clicking on My order in your account if the order is not already en route.

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

You can use the “Contact Us” section on the app/web. Alternatively, you can email us or call our customer support centre and our customer care executives are always happy to help.

What is the Products Exchange Policy?

Goods once sold shall not be exchanged. However, these can be returned or taken back upon delivery at customer’s place if there are issues with the quality, quantity or freshness of the ordered product. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding in this regard.

Is there any cost of returns shipping?

There shall be no additional cost of return as to pick up or redelivery, if any, of the product for the above mentioned reasons.

Placing an order

How do you ensure that the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?

We procure our products directly from the farm, carefully bring and deliver it to you fresh. If you don’t like any item delivered to you, you can return it back to us, no questions asked

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund against any missing items (if any) will also be automatically initiated within 24 hours of successful order delivery.

Is it safe to use my bank details or debit/credit card to shop on StarQuik?

Yes, it is. All transactions on StarQuik are completed via secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details at any given time.

I’m trying to place an order today but it is getting scheduled for the next day. What can I do?

We know our customers love same day delivery. Order anytime upto 6PM and you should be able to get the order on the same day in your desired slot.

However, due to holidays or other reasons, we might be running full up on some days and you might not get your desired slots. Don’t worry. We watch our capacities closely and are constantly expanding to service you well.

Can I schedule an order to my convenience?

Sure. At the checkout page, you can select a delivery slot of your choice.

When will I receive my order?

When placing any order, we allow you to choose your desired delivery date and time slot to choose from as per your convenience and ensure that the delivery is made on time.

How do you pack and weigh the fruits and vegetables?

Fresh fruits and vegetables are hand picked by expert pickers. In addition, we make special arrangements at the store to ensure that the freshest range is available for picking throughout the day. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by grams or kilograms.


All items are weighed on digital scales and our pickers are trained to pack in a way that the variation (both over and under) is within a 5% range.

Do you charge for delivery?

What are your delivery times?

We deliver in 2 hour delivery slots starting from 8 AM in the morning to 12 AM at night. Ordering window for a delivery slot closes 2 hours prior to the delivery slot. For Eg: For a 10 AM - 12 noon delivery slot, you can place an order until 8 AM.

So, go ahead and choose a delivery slot is most convenient for you.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Sorry, we currently do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder from a different address.

What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on StarQuik.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery where you will make payment when the items are delivered to you at your doorstep.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

It is completely safe to use my credit/debit card on StarQuik. We are integrated with best in class payment aggregators which make the payment process simple and safe.

Credit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

What is Click and Collect 

Click and collect is a new way to shop for your groceries, which allows the users to place their order online through the app and physically visit the store to pick their order. No more waiting for delivery slots to open up. Select a convenient pick up slot and you are done with Grocery Shopping! 

 

What benefit does Click and Collect have for me as a customer? 

The benefits that can be enjoyed by the users:

 

Is there any fee for the service?
The service is absolutely free.

 

Is there a Cash-on-delivery applicable ?

Users opting for Click and collect have to choose from online payment modes like Net banking, Cards, Paytm etc.

 

Order Related –

How will I check my Order status after it is placed ?

You will get timely notifications for the order status via SMS and Push notifications. You can also view the Order status in "My Orders" section.

 

Can I reschedule for a later time and till when? 
You cannot reschedule your delivery slot once the order is placed. You can cancel your current order and place a new order at a new slot. However, we are in the process of building a seamless pick up slot switch mechanism.

 

How do I reach Pickup point? 

We will provide you with a link of picking instructions that consist of the landmark’s address, map to locate the same and other details around the specified landmark. All these details are available at the time of placing the order as well as on the order detail page. Follow the simple instructions and make grocery shopping aasaan.

 

Will I get a carry bag ?

It is mandatory for customers to bring their own bags.

 

Can someone else pick up the order other than the person who ordered?

The user can align the other person to collect the order. They will have to present the valid Order ID and OTP for confirmation to the delivery boy.

 

What happens if you come before time slot / after time slot?

The user may have to wait for their turn if they come before the selected time slot. The order will be by default cancelled by end of day if they fail to arrive at their stipulated time slot.

  

Returns & Cancellation -

 

Is there a cancellation/edit order window? If yes, Till when? 
You can cancel your order anytime on the StarQuik App.  

 

What is the returns window for Click and Collect Orders? Perishable and Non Perishable? 

The return window for click and collect orders is 2 days from the date of delivery for perishable items and 5 days from the date of delivery for non-perishable items. In case of partial return - money will be credited in your Starquik wallet and in case of full return - money will be credited in original payment mode within 5-7 working days.

 

Can I return the items on click and collect spot at the time of pick up? 

We follow a no questions asked return policy. Upon arrival, you can check your products and decide if you want to do a partial or full return of order as per your convenience. In case of partial return - money will be credited in your Starquik wallet and in case of full return - money will be credited in original payment mode.

 

How will customers raise the returns for these orders? 
The customers can return their orders from the app or by contacting the customer service. The delivery boy will be sent at your address to take your return parcel. We recommend that our customers check their items before leaving the pick-up point to identify any discrepancies in the order.
