Delightful RecipeFabsta Sewaiyan Kheer: Heat 4 teaspoons of ghee in a non-stick pan. Then add lightly crushed Fabsta Vermicelli (100 g) and sauté for a minute. Add cashew nuts and raisins and sauté for 2 minutes. Pour ½ litre of milk slowly to prevent lumps and keep stirring. Add sugar (as per taste) and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Add 1 tablespoon milk infused with saffron and cardamom powder and mix well. Turn off the heat. Garnish with some raisins and serve hot or chilled
